How to order
To browse our extensive product range either type in a keyword describing the product in the search box at the top of the screen or browse the category section down the left hand side of the screen. Alternatively you can click on the pictures on the home page and this will take you directly to them.
Having selected your product, any further information, if available, will be denoted by blue text.
Select the quantity you require and click add to order. You can now go directly to the checkout or continue shopping.
When you have finished selecting items click process order - you will now be taken to our SECURE ORDERING SYSTEM.
Here we will ask you for some personal information - Name, Address, contact telephone numbers and delivery details and any special instructions (you will only have to complete this once as we will give you the opportunity to have your own personal log-in).
Once you have given us the required info (for your peace of mind please see our PRIVACY STATEMENT) you will be asked to verify your order. You will then have the choice to either pay by credit/debit card through our SECURE TRADING WEBSITE or, if you are an existing ECA 30 DAY TRADE ACCOUNT HOLDER your order will be sent to us via email and we will then process the order as normal on your account and any special prices/terms will be adhered to.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email from us and if your have paid by debit/credit card you will also receive a confirmation email for SECURE TRADING LTD confirming your payment.
