Customers can apply for an ECA credit account or a cash account.

A credit account provides you with a traditional arrangement with ECA and standard 30 day terms on your invoices. You have the added benefit of an Account Manager who can visit you with special deals and arrange specific discounts if you purchase a particular product range on a regular basis.

A cash account can be opened by customers who prefer to pay-as-they-go but with the advatage of being recorded on ECA records which enables you to receive specififc discounts and special offers.
