We send you a reminder card 11 months after the purchase of your new tool. Return it to us for a complete service at which time we fix any problems. We then provide you with a further ECA 12 months warranty!

Just add an ExtraCare to your online shopping basket for each new tool you wish to cover.
New tools must be ordered at the same time as the ExtraCare.
