Delivery Methods

We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery. Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the Parcelforce notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local post office for collection. Hikoki tools come with a standard 3 year warranty from date of purchase. Hikoki offer an extended Hi5 warranty to 5 years when the tools* are registered within 28 days of purchase. As of November 2019, we no longer require registration to be completed for the 3 year warranty. In the event of a warranty claim all you need to do is complete a warranty return, but please note you must have your proof of purchase. If your tool was purchased prior to November 2019, you will need to quote your warranty registration number as well as providing your proof of purchase. Some batteries and tools are not eligible for the extended warranty.
