Drop your Paslode to your local Post Office
All you will have to do is prepare a parcel of your Paslode and simply take it to your local post office with our ECA postage label attached, it is that easy!

Your Paslode will usually be returned to you within 7-10 working days. We will have your Paslode tested, cleaned (in our special bath), serviced, repaired and retested it will come back like new.

Once you purchase a Paslode Repair/Service with us you will receive an email with a postage label.
All you have to do is package your parcel, print our returns label and attach it to the box (Including Battery & Charger). Once you take it to your local Post Office they will send it to us.

We'll email a postage label to you.
If you have the original Paslode box simply wrap this up. If you no longer have the Paslode box then please put it in a cardboard box. Please include the battery and charger but REMOVE ANY GAS.
Drop it off at any Post Office location.
Alternatively if you send the parcel to us by your own means we will refund you £6.50 per unit.

We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery. Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the Parcelforce notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local post office for collection.
