This polymer emulsion-based sealant provides a 4-hour fire rating and maintains flexibility without cracking or hardening over time, ensuring long-term durability and safety.

Key features include excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including wood, concrete, and brick, along with overpaintable properties for seamless finishing. It effectively seals low and medium movement joints up to 35mm wide without slumping, making it ideal for fire-resistant construction applications.
