UniBond Trade FusionXLT is a cutting-edge, oxime-free, neutral curing silicone sealant that delivers exceptional performance for a wide range of sealing tasks. Designed with innovative Fusion technology, it provides a durable, flexible seal for most construction joints, making it a versatile solution for both indoor and outdoor use.

This low modulus sealant offers excellent UV, weather, and aging resistance, ensuring long-lasting results even in challenging conditions. With a curing speed of 3 mm per day, a movement capability of 25%, and no residual tack, it’s ideal for professional applications. The formula is oxime and MEKO free, contains a fungicide to prevent mold, and maintains outstanding flexibility.

UniBond Trade FusionXLT is perfect for construction, perimeter, and expansion joints, including areas at risk of mold, such as north-facing facades or damp environments. It’s also suitable for sanitary applications like sealing baths, wash basins, and showers, as well as controlled atmosphere rooms like refrigerated spaces and cleanrooms. With temperature resistance from -50°C to +150°C and an elongation at break of 250-350%, UniBond Trade FusionXLT is a reliable choice for achieving professional-grade results.

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
