HPSA PU 40 FC is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant designed for concrete flooring applications and expansion joints. It provides high elasticity, excellent tear resistance, and long-lasting durability, curing rapidly under atmospheric humidity for strong, flexible, and weather-resistant sealing.

Key features include superior adhesion to common building materials such as wood, anodized aluminum, polyester, glass, concrete, baked clay, stone, and ceramic tiles without the need for a primer. It offers excellent weatherability, UV resistance, and long-term performance in demanding environments. For challenging substrates like PVC, ABS, PMMA, raw aluminum, or lacquered metal, preliminary testing is recommended to assess the need for surface preparation.
