Leicester ECA started trade from the founder and chairman Tony Everett’s own home office and garage at Oadby Leicester in 1978. Most trade originally was supplying joinery workshops but as we grew and sold tools to contractors, a trade counter was needed and Tony built the store we now operate from at Oswin Road in 1981.

Gordan who does the stock control and Nigel the popular manager came to ECA from the old Black and Decker / Dewalt repair and retail stores. With 15 years plus each employment at ECA they have nearly 50 years experience between them !

They are enthusiastically helped by now not so young Andy, Hayden and Louis - who surprisingly have 30 years service at ECA between them!
