Details

The Makita MR002GZ01 is a new addition to the 40v Max XGT range. This radio features Bluetooth class 2 for wireless connection to mobile devices and can play audio from up to 10 metres. The radio is compatible with XGT, LXT and CXT batteries and has a USB output port for charging mobile devices. It is also equipped with a carry handle with a built-in FM antenna, a dust and shower-proof construction rated IP65, a 2x speaker stereo system and elastomer bumpers and metal pipes to protect against rough handling. In addition to its many features, the Makita MR002GZ01 also comes with an AC adaptor jack, AUX-IN jack for connecting to external audio source, digital AM/FM tuner with LCD backlit display, illuminated control buttons and dial for improved visibility, and adjustable sleep (auto shut off) timer. This version comes in white, can access AM/FM radio and runs up to 27.5 hours with a 40v Max XGT 4.0Ah Li-Ion battery. However, batteries and chargers are sold separately.
