Trend LOCK JIG Lock Recessing JigThis jig uses a set of interchangeable templates & with a router will cut the mortise & face-plate recess for popular door locks. For most common sash mortises & dead locks, with up to 3 inch deep mortises & a 7/8 inch or 1 inch face-plate. Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable size of auger bit. Fast, clean & accurate results on doors 34mm to 58mm thick, even in hardwood. Steel plates & body. The jig requires a plunge router with a 80mm plunge, fitted with a 30mm guide bush with 6mm spigot & 12mm diameter long reach cutter.

Delivery Methods
We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery.
