Unibond Trade 10T is a high-performance neutral curing alcoxy silicone sealant designed for a wide range of construction applications, including connecting, perimeter, and expansion joints. It is particularly well-suited for perimeter sealing of uPVC doors, windows, and conservatories, offering exceptional flexibility and durability.

This low modulus silicone is oxime and MEKO free, making it safer for use in indoor and outdoor environments. It provides excellent UV, weather, and aging resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging conditions. With 25% movement capability and non-corrosive properties, Unibond Trade 10T delivers reliable sealing for both residential and commercial projects.

Unibond Trade 10T offers primerless adhesion to various construction materials, including concrete, brick, glass, tiles, ceramics, metals, wood, and all uPVC profiles. It is ideal for uPVC roofline applications such as fascia boards and soffits, as well as glazing, including weather sealing and flexible jointing for insulating glass units. The sealant features a curing speed of 2 to 2.5 mm per day, a temperature resistance range of -40°C to +120°C, and an elongation at break of 300-450%. Skin formation time is approximately 20-25 minutes, making it easy to apply and handle. Unibond Trade 10T is the perfect choice for professional-grade sealing in construction and maintenance projects.
